My wife found Bay Area Bobcat on Facebook. She reached out to John and he quickly returned her call. John sent his brother Jeff his brother by to look at out property (Jeff lives in neighborhood) to take pictures. John called soon after and made appointment to come by. John promptly came by gave me a quote and we made an appointment. John several times reached out to me to reaffirm the appointment that he would be there between 8-830. He showed up at 8:10. Jeff did exactly what we agreed on and more. Oh and by the way both brothers were very polite and raised with manners which you don't see the much anymore. Will d o business with again!,,,
